Part 2: Voxu CC Supplemental Terms

The following supplemental terms apply specifically to AI Captions & Subtitles: Voxu CC ("Voxu CC") and supplement Apple's Standard EULA above. In case of conflict between these supplemental terms and Apple's Standard EULA, these supplemental terms shall prevail to the extent they apply specifically to Voxu CC.

1. AI Feature Terms

1. Cloud-Based AI Processing:
   • AI Caption Translation requires temporary upload to secure servers
   • Uploaded content is encrypted, processed immediately, and permanently deleted after completion
   • You will receive clear notification before any cloud processing occurs
2. AI Output Disclaimer:
   • AI-generated content (captions, translations, enhancements) is for reference only
   • Accuracy may vary based on audio quality, language, and context
   • You are responsible for verifying AI outputs before final use

2. Subscription and Payment Terms

1. Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
2. Platform Specificity: iOS subscriptions work only on iOS devices and cannot be transferred to Android or other platforms.
3. Subscription Management: Manage subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings.
4. Trial Periods: Unused trial periods are forfeited upon subscription purchase.
5. Premium Features: Subscriptions grant access to:
   • AI Caption Translation (multiple languages)
   • 4K 60fps video export
   • Premium effects, filters, and assets
   • Ad-free experience

3. Intellectual Property

1. Your Content: You retain ownership of videos and content you create with Voxu CC.
2. Voxu CC IP: The following remain Voxu CC property:
   • AI models, algorithms, and neural networks
   • Software code, UI/UX design, and architecture
   • Effect designs, filters, transitions, and creative assets
   • Branding, trademarks, and documentation
3. License Grant: You grant Voxu CC a limited license to process your content solely to provide the services you request.

4. Usage Restrictions

1. Voxu CC is for personal, non-commercial use unless you obtain written commercial licensing permission.
2. Do not use Voxu CC to create:
   • Illegal, harmful, or abusive content
   • Content infringing third-party rights
   • Deepfakes or misleading content without disclosure
3. You may not circumvent technical limitations or security measures.

5. Data Processing and Privacy

1. Our Privacy Policy details how we handle your data.
2. Key privacy aspects:
   • Core editing functions work 100% offline
   • Cloud processing is minimal and transparent
   • We implement industry-standard security measures

6. Third-Party Services

Voxu CC may integrate with:

• Social media platforms for sharing (subject to their terms)
• Analytics services (see Privacy Policy for details)
• Payment processors (Apple App Store)

You are responsible for complying with third-party terms.

8. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using AI Captions & Subtitles: Voxu CC, you acknowledge that:

2. You have read and agree to these Supplemental Terms
3. You have read and agree to our Privacy Policy

If you do not agree to any of these terms, do not use Voxu CC.
