All media processing occurs locally on your device unless otherwise specified below. We do not upload, store, or access your media files on our servers for basic editing functions.
• Camera & Microphone Access: When you record video or audio directly within Voxu AI, we access your device's camera and/or microphone. Recorded media is stored locally on your device and in Voxu AI's draft folder until you choose to delete it.
• Storage Permission: To save edited videos to your device or share them to other apps, we request write access to your device storage. This permission is used solely for saving your creations and managing app-related files.

AI-Powered Features

• On-Device AI Processing: Voxu AI's English AI caption generation operates 100% on your device. No audio data leaves your device for English transcription, ensuring complete privacy and offline functionality.
• Cloud-Based AI Features: For AI Caption Translation (non-English languages) and other advanced cloud-processing features, media may be temporarily uploaded to our secure servers. All uploaded content is encrypted, processed immediately, and permanently deleted from our servers after completion. You will be clearly notified before any cloud processing occurs.
• Video Enhancement & Background Removal: These AI features are processed locally on your device. No video data is uploaded to our servers for these functions.

Additional Services

• Network Connectivity: We request network access to download optional content (templates, effects) and enable cloud-based features. Basic editing functions remain available offline.
• Customer Support: When you contact us via in-app feedback or email, we receive your email address and message content to respond to your inquiries.
• Third-Party Integrations: Voxu AI may integrate with platforms like YouTube for direct sharing. Such integrations are governed by the respective platform's terms and privacy policies.

Voxu AI uses limited tracking technologies to enhance your experience:

• App Functionality: We may use local storage to remember your preferences, draft sessions, and recent projects to improve your workflow.
• Analytics: We collect anonymized usage data to understand feature performance and identify areas for improvement. This data cannot identify you personally.
• Advertising Personalization: With your consent, our advertising partners may use information to show relevant ads. You can manage advertising preferences in your device settings or within the app. Opting out may reduce ad relevance but not the number of ads shown.
